MOFO 2013 - Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

Nondairy milk
Lemon juice
Pure pumpkin in a can
Brown sugar
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract
Pumpkin pie spice
Whole-wheat flour
Baking soda
Baking powder

Put together milk and lemon juice and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients together
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture until combined.
Pour into loaf pan and cook. 
This is excellent warm with cookie butter from Trader Joe’s. We like to buy Lotus Biscoff  spread (creamy).
The Lotus Biscoff cookies are really good. We had them for the first time on the airplane going to Portland for Vida Vegan Con.
